Osama is currently an associate professor at Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia. He holds a degree in computer science from Mutah University, Jordan. He received his master degree in computer science specialized on multimedia from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and He completed his doctoral degree in management from Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). His areas of interest include Technology Management, research methodology and the use of quantitative methods in management research. Osama has an h-index of 15 and citation of 640 in Google Scholar and i-10 index of 23. He is currently supervising numerous students at the PhD/DBA/MBA level in the fields of Management Information System, Innovation, Leadership, Strategic Planning, and human resource having graduated 4 Ph.D. student, 3 DBA students, and 4 Master students levels. He is well-trained in quantitative analysis using SPSS, AMOS-SEM, and SmartPLS-SEM. He has taught courses in Scientific Research Methods, Statistical Data Analysis (SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS), and Strategic Management. He is a trained scientific research and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis instructor having attended training’s by Professor Joseph Hair (Kennesaw State University), Professor Christian Ringle (University of Hamburg), Professor Viswanath Venkatesh (University of Arkansas), and Professor T. Ramayah (Universiti Sains Malaysia). He has conducted scientific research and Data Analysis (Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)) workshops in Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Myanmar. He has also conducted workshops in UiTM, LUC, and MSU in Malaysia. He has also presented numerous papers at local and international conferences having won “Best Presenter Paper Award” and participated as keynote speaker for Academic conferences. His publications have appeared in Computers & Education (ISI, Impact Factor: 4.538 Elsevier publisher), Telematics and Informatics (ISI, Impact Factor: 3.789 Elsevier publisher), International Journal of Information and Learning Technology (Emerald publisher), International Journal of Technology Diffusion (IGI global publisher), International Journal of Services and Standards, International Journal of Technological Learning, Innovation and Development (Inderscience publisher). He is currently an editor in chief of International Journal of Management and Human Science (IJMHS), and head of MindLab Project (Centre of Research Excellence) at Lincoln University College (LUC). He is also a reviewer for respected scientific journals and academic conferences such as Information & Management (Elsevier), Information Development (SAGE), International Journal of Innovation Science (Emerald), IFIP Networking Conference.
