Osama has conducted workshops on the Fourth Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) from social sciences perspective through the IR 4.0 pillars of Big Data (BD), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality (AR). IR 4.0 implications (Management 4.0, Marketing 4.0, Research 4.0.), also conducted workshops on scientific research and Data Analysis (Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)) in Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Myanmar. He has also conducted workshops in UiTM, LUC, and MSU in Malaysia. He has also presented numerous papers at local and international conferences having won “Best Presenter Paper Award” and participated as keynote speaker for Academic conferences. Osama attended several academic and general conferences, workshops and seminars, and participated in various carnivals, sport events, and social events.
